No portion of initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 30 days of signing a starting the work/first payment date, or within 48 hours of receiving the project invoice. We try to be fair, and create a policy that makes both party happy. Requests for the final portion of payment due on post-paid projects are not made until the project receives final approval from the client. Final payment is due within 5 business days once the invoice is received. We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you may need a refund on fees paid for online services. If you happen to halt work and apply to us for refund within 30 days of contract, the payment methods mentioned in the contracts will be cancelled. You will be billed pro-rata based on the portion of the project completed at an hourly rate of 15USD. In case of pre-paid projects if you happen to apply for refund within 30 days of initial payment/contract, it will also be billed pro-rata based depending on the portion of the work completed. You will be billed 15 USD/hour, which will be deducted from initial payment and will not be returned to you when you receive your refund. If, at the time of request for refund, the project has been completed beyond the amount covered by initial payment then the client shall be liable to pay for the hourly rate of 15USD. However, if you fail to pay for the completed portions by 5 days of receiving the portion of project invoice, all contents created by Web Expert Pro including but not limited to, graphics, content, and code, will remain the property of Web Expert Pro.
